The kit includes all the parts needed to build the machine
- All moving parts are made of metal to ensure high rigidity
- Precisely machined aluminum profiles make assembly easy
- Precision linear rails ensure accuracy and durability
- Low noise and high performance stepper drivers
- Takes only small desktop area (footprint size approx. 480*460 mm), even with multiple spools loaded
- Only one power cable and one USB cable are needed to drive the machine (including all feeders)
- Low noise micro vacuum pump to avoid affecting others (even at night)
- Vacuum bottle for better vacuum performance
- 2 vacuum sensors that can be used optionally
- Top and bottom camera vision, supports PCB and component calibration (from 0402 up to LQFP176)
- Includes a set of CN nozzles: CN040 CN065 CN140 CN220 CN400 CN750
- Includes 5 feeder controllers, adding support for up to 65 auto feeders
- Power adapter AC110-240V, output 24V5A

I received my machine on time and packaged well. The service from Andrew and Leo at Pandaplacer has been outstanding. Quick responses to all my questions during initial sale as well as after receiving the product during assembly. The machine is well thought out and designed. I am currently waiting on feeders to be printed before I can get it into production but so far it is looking great. Most of the configuration fro openpnp is already done and I just had to do some initial configuration and it is ready to go.

The machine is very well documented. I had a lot of fun building it. It works perfectly and is full of very smart details. The support is fantastic in every aspect. I would recommend it to everybody. I love the fact, that it is an open source software based pick and place machine, that can run on any operating system.
The machine is very well though out, easy to assemble and works great with OpenPNP after calibrating it. Leo is extremely helpful and very responsive. I would buy another machine again.
